Spring Fair Delights Crowds
Spring Fair 2022 was a huge success thanks to our wonderful families who turned out in droves to be a part of the day. After a two-year hiatus, due to Covid, our Spring Fair sprung back into action with a full program of events and activities covering all areas of the school.
With around 2000 people on site throughout the afternoon, families, children and friends joined in on the action from rides, shopping at the markets, playing a game of Oz Tag, having fun at Sideshow Alley or sharing some delicious food from the food trucks, while the younger ones played peacefully at the Under 8s Day and visited Old Macdonald's Travelling Farm.
The trackless train was also a favourite with many jumping on board for a quick trip around the carpark. Another firm favourite was the candy floss fairy who was kept busy with long queues throughout the event.
Providing many photo opportunities were the Disney and Spring Fair characters. Both children and adults couldn't resist having a photograph taken with Cinderella, Bella, Our flower stilt walkers and garden fairies.
The Main Stage program saw our creative and talented students perform their hearts out for parents, grandparents and friends alike.
The total amount of money raised was $2862.62, which will be distributed to 桃子直播 Community Care (Silent Auction), Year 6 graduation (Chocolate Toss), High School performing arts (Pie Throwing) and missions (Super Soaker).
