'Focus' Film Showcase and Award Evening
The Focus event, held on Thursday, 5 September, was an awards night and celebration of the creative work of Years 10 - 12 Film students, and was a resounding success. With over 60 attendees, the evening was filled with excitement and pride as the students' films were recognized for their artistic achievements. Special guest speaker, Jude Kalman, from Little Drum Pictures inspired the audience by sharing her valuable experiences and insights into the world of filmmaking. Congratulations to all the talented students who were celebrated on the night, with particular recognition going to Year 12 student, Josiah Green, whose film Scopophobia won the prestigious Best Picture award. The event provided an excellent platform for showcasing the students' creativity, hard work, and passion for film, and left attendees feeling motivated and proud. It was truly an unforgettable night for everyone involved
